අ ජටාකාසය, n. (ජට crowded, thick, ආකා සය), unclouded sky, clear sky, serene sky, වලාකුල් නැති අහස.

අබ්භෝකාසිකාංගය, n. P. of අභ්‍යවකාශිකාංගය.

අභවකාසිකාංගය, n. (අංගය), open-air ordinance, viz. the ordinance in B. which requires monks to live altogether without shelter.

අව කාශය, අව කාසය, n. leisure, interval; opportunity, scope, ඉඩ; space, the sky (for ආ කාශය).

අෂ්ට සමාපත්ති, n. pl. B., the eight attainments, or the four meditations (see ධ්‍යානය) and the four endeavours (ආයතන), which are ආකාසා නංචායතනය, විඤ්ඤාණංචායතනය, ආකිචංඤ්ඤායත නය and නේවසංඤ්ඤාණසඤ්ඤායතනය: see each one.

ආකාශය, ආකාසය, n. sky, අහස, atmosphere, පවන.

ආකාසානන්දචායතනය, n. (ආයතන) the first Brahma world, where the inhabitants live twenty thousand kalpas in an incorporeal state.

ආකාසෝ කසින, n. P., ascetic observance or attainment so called, viz, fixing the mind exclusively upon the element of air. See පරිකසින.

එක්කාසු, a. assembled, collected, එකතුවූ, රැස්වූ.

එක්කාසුකරනවා, v. t. to assemble; gather together; රැස්කරනවා &c.

ඒකාසනික, a. (ආසනික fr. ආසන), B.P.'s occupying always one seat when eating.

ඒකාසනිකයා, n. occupier of one seat, viz. B. Priest.

ඒකාසනිකාංගය, n. B. P. ordinance relating to the use of only one seat when eating offerings: see තෙළෙස්ධූතාංග.

කථික භුමිය, කථිකාසනය, n. (ක ආ:), platform for speaking, rostrum.

කශේරුකාස්ථි, n. pl. (අස්ථි), vertebræ, පිටි කොන්දේ ඇට or කොඳුඇටය.
