පර්‍ය්‍යංකය, n. seat, chair, පුටුව; bed, ඇඳ‍.

බඬ·පර්‍ය්‍යංකය, n. (පර්‍ය්‍යංකය seat), bound or folded seat, viz. seat made by folding the legs under like a tailor or recluse engaged in meditation.

බෝ,බෝගහ, peepul or sacred fig-tree, Ficus religiosa (Urti.). It is regarded as sacred because, it is said, on the day when Gautama attained Buddhahood he sat down under it on a throne which had miraculouby sprung up for him on the instant: see බෝධිපර්‍ය්‍යංකය.

බෝධි·පර්‍ය්‍යංකය, n. Buddha-seat or throne, viz. the diamond throne which sprang up at the foot of the Bo tree when a Brahmin threw eight armfuls of kusa grass for Buddha to sit on the day he became Buddha.

ශරභ·පර්‍ය්‍යංකය, n. chair or couch in the form of a grasshopper, තණගිරව් පුටුව or ඇඳ.
