අ පාත්‍ර, a. (අ priv., පාත්‍ර, suitable), unsuitable, unfit, common, mean, නුසුදුසු.

අට පිරිකර, n. pl. the eight accoutrements or articles required by a B. P., viz. bowl, under-garment, single robe, double robe, girdle, knife or razor, needle and water-strainer: පාත්‍රය, අඳනය, තනිපටසිවුර, දෙපටසිවුර, පටිය, පිහිය, ඉඳිකටුව, පෙරහන්කඩ.

අන්න පාත්‍රය, n. food-dish, platter, පලංගානම.

අනු තෂීණය, n. drinking vessel (for spirituous liquors), පාතපාත්‍රය.

කසුන් පය, n. golden vessel or bowl, රන්පාත්‍රය.

ඛප්ප්‍ර්‍රය, n. beggar's bowl, පාත්‍රය; crown of the head, ඉස්මුදුන; umbrella, කුඩේ; collyrium, රසදුන.

ගජාව, n. tavern, තැබෑරුම; drinking vessel, පාන පාත්‍රය; hut, hovel, පැල.

ඝටිකා·පාත්‍රය, n. hour-glass, hydroscope, පෑ තැටිය.

පත්තය, n. P. of පාත්‍රය.

පය, n. foot (of an animal); vessel, පාත්‍රය.

පාක පාත්‍රය, පාක·භාණ්ඩය, n. cooking utensil, උයන භාජනය.

පාත්‍ර, a. pert. to a vessel or receptacle; fig. fit, suitable, capable, යෝග්‍ය.

පාත්‍ර·ධාතුව, n. bowl-relic presented to Buddha by the guardian deities of the four quarters of the world. It is said it was made of the clay of blue sapphire, and was afterwards brought from India and placed as a sacred relic in a Dāgoba on the border of the Mahaweli ganga near Kandy.

පාත්‍ර·භූත, a. worthy of respect, honourable, ගෞරවණිය, ගරුතර.

පාත්‍රතාව, n. fitness &c., යෝග්‍යකම.
