තෙළෙස්·ධුතාංග, n. pl. (ධූත subjugating, අංග sections), the thirteen passion-subduing ordinances to he observed by B. P., viz. පංසු කූලිකාංගය, පිණ්ඩපාතිකාංගය, තේචිවරිකාංගය, සපදානචාරිකාංගය, ඒකාසනිකාංගය, පත්තපිණ්ඩි කාංගය, පච්ඡාභත්තිකිංගය, ආරණ්‍යකාංගය, රුක්ඛමූලිකාංගය, අබ්හෝකාසිකාංගය, සෝසනි කාංගය, යථාසන්‍ථතිකංගය, නේසජ්ජිකාංගය For the explanation of these see each one in its alphabetical place.

පාතිකයා, n. one who carries a bowl for begging, a beggar, religious mendicant, හිඟන්නා, පිණ්ඩපාතිකයා.

පාතිලිය, n. trap or snare, මලපත; begging bowl, පිණ්ඩපාතය.

පිණ්ඩ·පාත·කරනවා, පිණ්ඩපාතේ·යනවා, v. of B. P., to beg from door to door with the food-bowl.

පින්නපාතකරනවා, v. Er. for පිණ්ඩපාතකරනවා.

භික්‍ෂණය, n. begging, mendicancy, හිඟමන් ඉල් ලීම, පිණ්ඩපාතේ යාම.

භික්‍ෂා·චරයා, n. (චර to go about), beggar, mendicant, sp. mendicant monk, පිණ්ඩපාතේ යන්නා.

භික්‍ෂා·භාජනය, n. alms-bowl, පිණ්ඩපාත්‍රය.

භික්‍ෂාචාර·වේලාව, n. begging time, viz. the forenoon, when a one it is lawful for the B. P. to beg, පිණ්ඩපාතේ යන වරුව, පෙරවරු.
