අ නාථ පිණ්ඩක, අ නාථ පිණ්ඩික, a. giving alms to the destitute, charitable, දන්දෙන; ep. of a B. noble who was a contemporary of Buddha.

අ නාථ පිණ්ඩකයා, n. almsgiver, philanthropist, දන්දෙන්නා.

ඒක පිණ්ඩතාව, n. consanguinity, ලේනෑකම.

ක්‍ෂීර පිණ්ඩය, n. ball or spoonful of milk-rice, කිරිබත් පිඩ.

ගුල·පිණ්ඩය, n. ball or lump of jaggery or raw sugar, හකුරුපිඩ.

තෙළෙස්·ධුතාංග, n. pl. (ධූත subjugating, අංග sections), the thirteen passion-subduing ordinances to he observed by B. පාතිකයා, n. one who carries a bowl for begging, a beggar, religious mendicant, හිඟන්නා, පිණ්ඩපාතිකයා.

පාතිලිය, n. trap or snare, මලපත; begging bowl, පිණ්ඩපාතය.

පිණ්ඩ, n. pl. or a. of පිණ්ඩය.

පිණ්ඩ·පාත·කරනවා, පිණ්ඩපාතේ·යනවා, v. of B. P., to beg from door to door with the food-bowl.

පිණ්ඩක, n. incense, සුවඳ ද්‍රව්‍ය.

පිණ්ඩකයා, n. goblin, demon, රක්‍ෂසයා.

පිණ්ඩය, n. lump, ball, bit, morsel (of food &c.), mouthful, පිඩ; (portion of food as) an oblation to deceased relatives; body, ඇඟ; iron, යකඩ; strength, ශක්තිය; myrrh; embryo. E. S.
