අ මෘතය, n. deathless state, immortality, අමර ණීයකම; ap. of Nirvana as freedom from further liability to death; ambrosia, දිව්‍ය භෝජනය, nectar of the gods, අමාපැන්.

ආත්ම දෝෂාරෝපණය, n. self-condemnation, තමාපිට ‍දොස්තබාගැනීම.

ආත්ම දෝෂාරෝපිත, a. (දෝෂ ආරෝපිත), self-condemned, තමාපිට දොස්තබන or තබාපු.

ආනන්තර්‍ය්‍ය කර්‍ම, n. pl. deeds or results without an interval, i. e. the five අකුසල් which are to be punished in the very next life, viz. matricide, patricide, the murder of a Rahat, shedding blood of a Buddha, schism (amongst the priesthood, සංඝභේදය), and the eight කුසල් or අෂ්ටසමාපති which are to be at once rewarded.
