මගුල්·සක්වළ, n. auspicious universe or world, ap. of this world as being favoured with the religion of Buddha.

මේරූ·පර්‍වතය, මේරුව, n. the mountain Maha, Meru in the centre of a chakkavala (සක්වළ) 168,000 yoduns or more than two million miles high, one half of which is below the surface of the earth. On its top is the heaven of the Tavatinsa Gods and at its base dwell the Asuras.

ලෝකාලෝකය, n. (ලෝක seeing, අලෝක not seeing) ap. of the සක්වළ ගල as supposed to cause light and darkness, being between the continents (ද්විප) and the sun.

වා·පොළොව, n. In B. the undermost of the three foundations of the world or සක්වළ, viz. the world of air, on which rests the world of water, and on that the solid world or ground: see ජලපොළොව and පස්පොළොව.
