අන්තකයා, n. Māra, king of death, viz. Yama, යම; also වසවර්‍තති, the enemy of Buddha.

ජමාලයා, n. clever person, සවර්‍ථයා.

පස්·මර, පස්·මරු, n. pl. the five classes of hindrances to the attainment of Nirvāna, viz. පංචක්ලේශ, පංචස්කන්‍ධ, මෘත්‍යුව, වසවර්‍තතියා, අභි සංස්කාරය. See පංචමාර.

වසවර්‍තති or වශවර්‍තති, a. lit. abiding in subjection: subject, subordinate, වසඟ.

ශෘංගික, ශෘංගි, n. a sort of poisen, වසවර්‍ගයක්; gold for ornaments.

ස·දෙව්ලොව, n. (ස six), the six celestial worlds (ස්වර්‍ග), the abodes of six classes of gods, each world higher than the preceding, called ‍චාතුම්හාරාජික, තාවතිංස, යාම, තුසිත, නිර්‍මාණ රති and පරනිම්මිති or පරනිම්මිත වසවර්‍තත. See each one.
