අ භූෂ, අ භූෂිත, a. unadorned, unembellished, සැරසී නැති, plain, චාම්.

අ මූර්‍තති කෘත, a. rendered formless, හැඩනැති කරනලද; disembodied, ශරීරයෙන් චුතවූ.

අ මූර්‍තතිමත්, a. formless, හැඩයක් නැති; unembodied, ශරීරයක් නැති

අ විකේෂ්පකරනවා, v. t. to disembarrass, අනා කුලකරනවා. E. S.

(අට, අග portion, section), the eightfold way to Nirvāna, i. e. the way embracing eight sections, viz. — 1. සම්‍යක් දෘෂ්ටිය, right view, orthodoxy. 2. සම්‍යක් සංකල්පනාව, right volition or determination. 3. සම්‍යක් වචනය, right speech. 4. සම්‍යක් කර්‍මන්තය, right action. 5. සම්‍යක් ආජීවය, right living or livelihood. 6. සම්‍යක් ව්‍යායාමය, right effort. 7. සම්‍යක් සමෘතිය, right remembrance or contemplation of the past. 8. සම්‍යක් සමාධිය, right meditation.

අඩයාළම, n. T., mark, sign, emblem, සලකුණ.

අතුණු අරිනවා, v. to disembowel, eviscerate, බඩවැල් අරිනවා or ඇදදමනවා.
