මායා·දේවි, n. lit. enchanting lady or queen; ap. of the mother of Gautama, she was the wife of සු‍ද්ධෝදන king of Kapila who is said to have been the චක්‍රවර්‍තතිරජ or Universal Sovereign of India.

මුක·බැඳීම, v. n. of මුකබඳිනවා: mouth-binding viz. a supposed method of enchanting snakes, crocodiles &c. to render them unable to open their mouths.

වශී·කරණය, n. (වශ් to subdue), subduing or overcoming by drugs, charms &c., bewitching, enchanting, සූනියම, වසඟකිරීම.
