අ සම්භූත, a. that has not occurred, නූණවූ.

අබ්භූත ධම්ම, n. (අප් or අබ් priv., භූත existing, ධම්ම P. of ධර්‍ම), non-existent law or event, unprecedented occurrence, wonder, miracle, අද්භූතය, විස්මයක; B. a work on the miraculous powers of the disciples of Buddha.

කර්‍ම සිඬිය, n. occurrence of Karma, merit or demerit, කුසලාකුසල සිඬවීම.

කාක තාලීයය, n. unlikely occurrence, something as unlikely as a talipot nut when falling striking a flying crow, සිදුවීම දුෂ්කර දෙයක්, අහම්බයක්.

ත්‍රෛ·වාර්ෂික, a. occurringonce in three years, triennial. E. S.

නූණ, නූණවූ, නූණු, v. adj. pret. for නොවුණ: that has not occurred.

ප්‍ර·වෘණ්ත, a. (ප්‍ර p., වතේ to be), occurred, done, accemplished, සිඬවු.

යෙදෙනවා, v. t. of යොදනවා: to become formed, form; comport with, befit; to be engaged in, occupied with. It is also a verb aux. with other verbs in the infinitive, as ඕහු ලියුම ලියන්ට යෙදුණ, It occurred that he wrote the letter or he did write the letter; sp. used to unite a number of coordinate verbs, as ඔහු මේක කරන්ටත් ලියුම ලියන්ටත් යෙදුණ, he both did this and wrote the letter; pret. යෙදුණ; u. n. යෙදීම.

වන, v. adj fr. වෙනවා: who is, are &c., being, as මිත්‍රයෙක් වන මම, I who am a friend; (=වෙන) becoming, occurring, taking place, as මේවා වන කොට‍, when these occur or occurred.

වරදිනවා, v. i. to err, mistake, as මට වැරදුණ, mistake occurred to me, I was mistaken; pret. වැරදුණ; v. n. වැරදීම.

ෂට්සාංවතචසරික, a. occurring once in six years, sexennial. E. S.

සාන්‍දෘෂ්ටික, a. (සම් with, at, දෘෂ්ටි sight), occurring at sight, immediate, instantaneous, (දුටු) කෙණෙහිම වෙන්නාවූ.
