අ පරි ශුද්ධතාව, n. impurity, unholiness, අපිරිසිදු කම.

අ පවිත්‍රකම, n. uncleanness &c., impurity.

අ ප්‍රති ශුඬ, a. unpurified, impure, අපිරිසිදු.

අ ශෝධිත, a. lit. and fig. unpurified, පිරිසිදු නොකරනලද; uncorrected (as a book) හරි ගස්සා නැති.

අති පරි ශුධතාව, n. great purity or holiness, &c., මහත් ශුධකම

අභි සංස්කාරය, n. (අභි well, සං: putting together or doing), collecting, preparing, පිළි යෙළකිරීම; completing, perfecting, සම්පූර්‍ණ කිරීම; purifying, embellishing, සැරසීම; apprehension, conception, තේරුම්ගැනීම. See සංස්කාරය.

අරහත්, අර්‍හත්, a. B. sanctified, wholly purified, Rahat, රහත්.

අර්‍හත්, a. venerable, saintly, පිරිසිදු, purified from all passions, ‍ක්ලේශ නැසූ, රහත්.

අර්‍හත් භාවය, n. rahatship, saintship, purified state, රහත්ගුණය.

අර්‍හත්කෙනෙක්, n. B., a purified one, saint: ergo, one ready for Nirvāna; see රහත් කෙ නෙක්.

අව කල්ක්‍රියාව, n. immoral act, impurity, misconduct, vice.

ඉඟනි, clearing-nut tree, Strychnos potatorum (Logan.). The nuts are rubbed on the inner surface of the vessel and precipitate the impurities of the water.

ඉඳුල්වෙනවා, v. i. to be polluted by being broached, contract impurity.

ත්‍රි·වර්‍ග, n. pl. three kinds (of anything); sp. three objects that are pursued: love, duty and wealth; three conditions or states: progress, stationariness and decline; three characters: purity, ignorance and wickedness.

දක්‍ෂිණ·විශුඬිය, n. B., pure offering, sacred offering, or purity &c. of offerings.
