අ ඛ්‍යාත a. without fame, obscare, unknown, කීර්‍තතිනැති, අප්‍රසිඬ.

අ ඥාන, a. unknown, අප්‍රක‍ට, නොදන්න, (දේ), occult, රහස්.

අ පරි ඥාන, a. unascertained, unknown, දැනනො ගත් (දේ), නොදන්නාලද.

අ ව්‍යක්ත රාශිය, n. alg. unknown quantity, අප්‍රකාශ ගණන.

අ විඥාත a. unknown, නොදන්නාලද; not famous, obscure, කීර්‍තතිනැති, අප්‍රසිඬ.

අ විඥාතතාව, n. state of being unknown: obscurity &c. අප්‍රසිඬකම.

අ විඥෙය, a. unknowable, incomprehensible, දැනගත—තේරුම්ගත—නොහැකිවු.

අවේද්‍ය, a. unknowable, unascertainable, දැනගත නොහැකිවු; unteachable, that should not be taught, ඉගැන්විය නොයුතු.

ගූඪ·ජ, a. of hidden or unknown paternity, පියා අප්‍රකාශවූ.

ගූඪ·ජයා, n. one whose paternity is unknown.

තුෂාර, a. cold, snowy, frosty; where these are unknown, dewy, misty.

නො·දත්, v. adj. pret. ‍දැනනොගත්: unknowing; unknown.

බ්‍රහ්ම, බ්‍රහ්මදෙවියෝ, n. (බෘහ or වෘහ් to grow, increase), according to the Vedic and H. doctrines the Source and final issue of all, the unknown God; the H. deity Brahma, chief of the gods and first of the H. triad.

රහස, n. a secret, mystery, anything unknown or mysterious, ගුප්තදේ; ocean, මුහුද; sky, අහස.
