අ ච්‍යුතය, n. permanency, &c., නිරන්තරකම, a name of Nirvāna, නිවන.

අභි ඥාත, a. ascertained, known, දැන‍‍‍ගනතිබෙව, දන්නාලද, අභිඥානය, අභිඥාව n profound or sp. or extraordinary knowledge, cognition, recognition, විශේෂ දැනගැන්ම or දැනීම; five supernatural acquirements of Rahats, viz. power to assume any form, to hear the feeblest sounds and see objects at any distance, to know the disposition and thoughts of others, to know the condition of any person in former existences.

අ ප්‍රත්‍යක්ෂතාව, n. invisibleness &c., obscurity, නොපෙනීම, අඳුරුකම.

අප්පච්චි, අප්පජ්ජා, n. col. father, daddy, අප්පා; pl. අපච්චිලා.

අති ක්‍රාන්තකරනවා, v. t. to go beyond, &c., ඉක්ම යනවා; කඩකරනවා.

අව බෝධකරවනවා, v. c. to cause to understand (anything), තෝරාදෙනවා; to illumine, (සිත) පහදවනවා.

අ කර්‍ණයා, n. mas. deaf person, බිහිරා.

අඝෝර, a. not savage or terrible, රෞද්‍රනැති; n. ap. of Siva, ශිවදෙවියා.

අ මන, a. mindless, සිහිබුඬිනැති, idiotic, stupid, silly, නිවට, foolish, මෝඩ.

අ පෞෂකල්‍යය, n. immaturity, අමුගතිය, අමුකම.
