අෂ්ට විධ පාන, n. pl. B., the eight kinds of beverage allowed to priests, viz. that made from මීපැණි, මුද්‍රිකඵල, බොරළුදමනු, උපුල්අල, ඇට කෙසෙල්, මස් කෙසෙල්, අඹ, and දඹ: see each in its place. The juice of these is to be mixed with water.

අශ්මරි, a. pert. to disease of stone or gravel, lithic, strangurious, මුත්‍රබොක්කේ ගල් සහිත.

අතුරු ගායනාව, n. musical interlude.

අක් දිවියා, n. E. of අක්ෂදේවි: dice-player, gambler, සූදුකාරයා.

අ භක්ති, අ භක්තික, a. irreligious, not pious or devoted, ungodly, godless, unregenerate, භත්කිනැති.

අන්‍ය, a. other, different, වෙන වෙනස්, not තව.

අ නතයා, n. E. of අනාථයා: forlorn person, අසරණයා.

අනුච්චාර්‍ය්‍ය, a. (අන් උච්චාර්‍ය්‍ය) inexpressible, unutterable, නොකිය හැකිවූ.
