තට්ටුවෙනවා, v. i. to hit, strike, touch; to tap, (of a bell) to ring.

තල්ලය, n. large tank or pond, reservoir, තටාකය, විල.

තිත්ත·ලී, n. bitter wood, wormwood.

තාල·පොත, n. tune book, music-book.

තල·පතා, n. sword-fish, saw-fish, rapier-fish.

ති·ලෝ·තලය, n. the three strata upon which this universe is supposed to rest, viz. the lowest of air, the second water, the third earth.

තේ·කිසිනු, n. (glorious asceticism), Buddha's power, acquired by the severest religious austerities, of diffusing a fiery splendour from his body sufficient to illumine the region around him for many miles; ascetic observance or attainment so called, viz, fixing the mind exclusively upon the element of fire. තඹර·අරණය, n. lotus-forest, viz, multitude of lotuses, නෙළුම් රාශිය.
