පාත්‍ර·භූත, a. worthy of respect, honourable, ගෞරවණිය, ගරුතර.

පස්·වණක්·ප්‍රීති, n. pl. five kinds of joy, viz. බුද්දකාපීතිය, joy that makes the hair stand up, ඛණිකා පීතිය, momentary joy; ඔක්කන්ති කා පිතීය, overwhelming joy; උබ්බෙග පීතිය, uplifting joy; එරණ පීතිය, exhilarating joy.

පේන·කීම, v. n. divination &c., oracle of a demon uttered by the කපුවා or priest in a state of frenzy.

පූර්‍වාෂාඪාව, n. the twentieth lunar asterism, it contains two stars, one of which is δ sagittarii and is the first of the two called ආෂාඪා, the other is උත්තරාෂාඪාව.

පාණ්ඩුශර්‍කරාව, n. gravel (the disease).

ප්‍රකට, a. evident, obvious, manifest, well-known, පැහැදිලි, ප්‍රසිඬ.

පුංඛය, n. feathered part of an arrow.

‍පෞංශ්චල්‍යය, n. harlotry, ‍‍වේශ්‍යාකම.

පච්ඡා·භත්තිකාංගය, n. (·භත්තික අංගය), lit. after-eating ordinance, viz. ordinance which requires a B. P. to take only one meal a day, and that exactly at mid-day.
