පරණකම, n. oldness, state of despair through time or wear.

පුෂ්පාකාර, a. flower-like, floriform, මල් ආකාර.

පොරි, n. T., parched grain, විලඳ.

පරි·කසිණ, n. (පරි around, කසිණ all), an observance and attainment of ascetics preparatory to the performance of ධ්‍යාන: it consists of one of the following, viz. තේජෝකසිණ, ආ පෝකසිණ, ආකාසෝකසිණ or පඨවිකසිණ. The mind and all its faculties must be so concentrated upon its object that nothing else is perceptible to the senses. See each one of the four.

පමුණු·ගම, n. one's own village, village under one's own authority and taxation, නින්දගම.

ප්‍රාරබ්ධ, a. (ප්‍ර emp., ආරබ්ධ begun), begun, commenced, පටන්ගත්.

පමාවෙනවා, v. i. to tarry, delay, linger, be dilatory or inactive.

පෝලිකරනවා, v. t. to abash, embarrass, ලජ්ජා කරනවා.

පැතුරුම, v. n. of පැතිරෙනවා: spread, diffusion.
