පිටෝතුවෙනවා, v. i. to go or come out, issue.

ප්‍ර·මුඛව, ad. as chief, being chief or leader; headed by; having or being in the foremost place.

ප්‍ර·වේණි·දාසයා, n. entailed bave, serf, පරම්පරා ගත දාසයා &c.

පිහි, v. adj. pret. of පිහිනවා: wiped, පිහපු; also closed, වැසූ.

පංච·මහා·පරිත්‍යාග, n. pl. H., the five principal surrenders or kinds of worship presented: to spirits, progenitors and gods by offerings, to the Vedas by study, and to mankind by hospitality; B., five offerings made by Buddha alone: eyes, flesh, blood, head, wife and children.
