පේත·සෙය්‍යාව, ‍ශය්‍යාව, n. lit. ghost-lying, viz. the posture in which ප්‍රේතයෝ beep, i. e. on the back, as it is supposed the bones would pierce through the skin if they lay on‍ either side.

පුක්පනිනවා, v. to start or spring from the socket (as the eye).

පංගුව, n. part, portion, section, share; half.
