පිරිවරනවා, v. t. to surround, attend, accompany (as followers, attendants &c.); pret.

ප්‍රියතම, n. mas. (fr. Sans. ප්‍රියතමඃ: most beloved), husband, ස්වාමිපුරුෂයා.

පත්කොළ, n. pl. leaves, the same as කොළ.

ප්‍රත්‍යය, n. knowledge, දැනගැන්ම, certainty, නිශ්චය, confidence, faith, විශ්වාසය; oath, දිවු රුම; cause, හේතුව, means, උපක්‍රමය; help, ආධාරය; gram. affix, suffix, termination, inflection, ප්‍රකෘතිශබ්දයට අගින් යොදන අකුරු.

ප්‍ර·භෘතිය, n. such like, etcetera, යනාදිය.

ප්‍රශ්න·දූතිය, n. (දුතී messenger), enigma, riddle, තේරවිල්ල, intricate question, අමාරු ඇහීම.

පිය·වර·සන, n. (සන mark or sound), footprint; sound of footstep, අඩිශබ්දය.

පේය, n. beverage, පානය.

පූර්‍වාන්තය, n. (අන්තය end, extremity), first extremity, viz. the beginning of the vacant kalpa, opposed to අපරාන්තය.

පාතුක, a. liable to fall, වැටිය හැකි; fallible, වරදින සුලු.
