මෘග·පතියා, n. ruler of beasts, viz. lion. සිංහයා.

මෙලි, a. very rich, opulent, ධනවත්, ඉතා පො හොසත්.

මන්‍දර, n. a mountain so called, with which, it is said, the ocean waa stirred up or churned by the Suras and Asuras after the deluge to recover the sacred things lost therein; a tree of Paradise or ස්වර්‍ගය. See මදරගිර.
