මණිරත්නය, n. (මණ්ඩ ornament), B. the second of the four kalpse or grand periods. They are named from the number of Buddhas born in them. In the මණ්ඩකල්පය two appeared, in the present or භද්‍රකල්පය there are to be five: see භද්‍රකල්පය.

මනුෂ්‍ය·නාරකිකයා, n. a human infernal one, human demon, demon-like man.

මෘග·තෘෂ්ණාව, n. desire of animals, viz. mirage, which looks like water, and which they desire, මිරිඟුව.

මැටි·කරුව, n. matrice, mould, අච්චුව.

මුගලන්, n. name of one of the two principal disciples and attendants of Buddha.

මදමාන, a. fig. intoxicated or mad, viz. madly infatuated, මෝහිත.

මහ·පූජාව, n. R. C. high mass.
