යමෙක්, n. mas. any one, any person, someone.

යාජකයා,යාජ්‍යයා, n. sacrificing priest, පූජකයා.

යාචමාන, a. requesting, suppliant, ඉල්ලන,අයදින.

යනු, n. lit. that says or runs so and so, viz. that is or is called: used to specify things, as අයනු or අයන්න, කයනු, that which is called අ &c., viz. the letter අ &c., ඔහු ගියාය යනු, the (statement) that he went.
