අ ගති, n. pl. or a. evil dispositions; evil, ill-natured, surly, morose, resentful, perverse.

අ ගති ගමන, n. perverse course, inauspicious journey or event; evil or perverted judgment or decision.

අ ගතිය, n. bad disposition, ill-nature, ill-will, crookedness, perversity.

අ විකාර, a. unperverted, නොපෙරළුණු; undistracted, ව්‍යාකුල නැති; changeless, immutable, වෙනස්නොවන.

අ විකාරත්වය, n. non-perversion &c., විකාරනො වීම; immutability, වෙනස් නොවෙන ගතිය.

අ විපරීත, අ විපර්‍ය්‍යාස, a. unperverted, unreversed, uninverted, පෙරළීනැති; not perverse, අගතිනැති.

අනෘජු, a. (අන් සෘජු), not straight, කෙලින්නැති, crooked, indirect, වකුටු; disingenuous, perverse, වංක.

අෂ්ට දුෂ්ට ක්ෂණ, n. pl. the eight evil moments or occasions, viz. to be born 1 in hell, 2 as an animal, 3 as a goblin, 4 in the two Brahma worlds where neither body nor mind exists, 5 in outer or distant countries where Buddhism is not, 6 with the five senses perverted or confused, 7 as a pagan, 8 in a Buddhaless age.

ඒඩ මූක, a. deaf and dumb, ගොළු බිහිරි; perverse, wicked, අගති, දුෂ්ට.

පරි·වර්‍තනය, පරි·වර්‍තය, පරි·පර්‍තතය, n. turning back or round, හැරීම; flight, පලායාම; perversion, inversion, පෙරළීම; circumvolution, කරකැවීම; exchange, transference, මාරු කි රීම; barter, හුවමාරුව; end of the four ages of the world, කල්පාන්තය; chapter or book, පරිච්ඡේදය.

පෙරළනවා, v. t. to overturn, upset, overthrow; fig. pervert, subvert, distort; pret. පෙරළුවා; v. n. පෙරළීම.

පෙරළෙනවා, v. i. to turn over, roll about, wallow; fig. to be perverted, distorted; pret. පෙරළුණ.

බස්·පෙරළා·කියනවා, v. to tranbate viva voce, interpret; pervert words.

මුළාකරනවා, v. t. to lead astray, cause to err, mibead, beguile, pervert.

වර්‍ණ·විකාරය, n. gram. change or perversion of a letter, substitution of one consonant for another.
