අ විහය, n. name of the twelfth Brahma world.

අඩ තෙළෙස, n. thirteen minus half, twelve and a half, දොළහමාර.

අඩිය, n. the base, bottom; footstep, step; step of ladder; foot of twelve inches; fig. step, degree.

ඉන්ද්‍ර වංශා, n. a poetical line of twelve syllables.

උතුරුපල්ගුන, n. twelfth lunar mansion, containing two stars and figured by a bed.

ඒ, n. The twelfth letter of the alphabet. Its sound is that of the preceding vowel lengthened: as a in Fade, but somewhat broader, the initial sound of it being maintained throughout, without changing into i as the English sound does: consequently in English words it would seem somewhat inelegant. Its non-initial form is the same as the preceding, but lengthened by the addition of /?/ or ි to the consonant, as කේ ké (cay), මේ mé (may).

ඨ, n. The twelfth consonant of the alphabet and aspirate of the preceding.

ද්වා·දශ, a. twelve, දොළොස්.

ද්වා·දශ·කරයා, ද්වා·දශ·ලෝචනයා, n. the twelve-handed one, see දොළසත්; also ap. of වෘහස්පති; the twelve-eyed one, ap. of කාතීති කේය.

ද්වා·දශය, n. twelve, දොළහ.

ද්වා·දශාංග, n. the one having twelve portions ද්වා·දශාත්ම, or souls; ap. of the sun (ඉර), as undergoing change in each month.

ද්වා·දශාංශක, n. astrol. the twelfth degree, දොළොස්වෙනි අංශකය.

ද්වා·දශාක්‍ෂ, n. the twelve-eyed one, ap. of Kārtikéya.

ද්වා·දශාත්මක, a. twelve-souled.
