ගරාවැටෙනවා, v. i. to dilapidate, become riddled through and fall, become ruins.

ගුණරෝපණය·කරනවා, v. to attribute or impute qualities or virtues.

ගයා, n. the city Gayā in Bīhār, famed as the residence of Buddha and also called Buddha Gayā, and regarded as a sacred place by Hindus. Buddha is said to have been born in a forest near this city.
