දීප·විලෝකනය, n. lit. viewing the iband or continent, viz. one of the five views taken by Buddha when he was Bodhisat in the තුෂිතලෝකය as to what iband or continent he would consent to be born in to assume the Buddhaship.

දිය·බත්‍, n. boiled rice mixed with coconut milk and seasoning.

දර·කැටියා, n. wood-worm, large and testacious.

දෙන, දෙනා, n. pl. persons, used chiefly with numerals, as ඒ තුන්දෙන, those three persons, තුන්දෙනෙක්, three persons, මිනිස්සු ‍තුන් දෙ නෙක්, three men.

දෝලායමාන, a. swinging to and fro, වැනෙන; vacillating, doubting, දෙගිඩියා.

දේව·ගැති·ආවාසය, n. manse, parsonage.

දෙරණය, n. the earth, ground, පො‍ළොව; abyss or snake world, පාතාලය, නාගලෝකය; ear-ring, කර්‍ණාභරණය.

දොඩම්·දෝසි, n. marmalade.

දැවැද්ද, n. dowry, dower, endowment, දායාදය.

දෙව්තුර, දෙව්තුරු, n. tree of paradise, said to yield whatever is desired, කප්තුර.
