සප්ත·කූට·පර්‍වත, n. p‍l. B., the seven circular ranges of rocks or mountains that surround මහමෙර, and are the boundaries of so many oceans that lie between them, named—beginning with the inner one—,යුගන්‍ධරය, ඊශ ධරය, කරවීකය, සුදර්‍ශනය, නේමින්‍ධරය, විනත කය, අශ්වකර්‍ණය.

සඤ්ඤක, a. or n. (P. සඤ්ඤෝග. Sans, සං යෝග), attached; the prefix (/?/) which gives the short sound of අනුස්වාරය or බින්‍දුව (ං), preceding and attached to another consonant; also for the short sound of ණ්, ට්, ද් and න්, and as a substitute for the full nasal ඤ් before ච, ඡ and ජ.
