අ මූල, අමූ ලික, a. rootless, causeless, මුලක් or හේතුවක් නැති, groundless, unfounded, baseless, නීකරුණ, අසත්‍ය.

අ ඵලකම, අ ඵලතාව, අ ඵලත්වය, n. unfruitfulness &c., ඵලනැතිකම &c., fallowness, පුරන් කම.

අ සාධක, a. ineffective, ineffectual, ඉෂ්ටනොක රන, බැරිවෙන.

අභි සන්තාපය, n. (අභි emp., සන්තාපය burning), deep regret or repentance, තද තැවීම; curse, ශාපය; war, යුඬය.

අශ්වාරෑඪ, a. (ආරූඪ &c.), mounted on horseback, equestrian, අශ්වයෙක් පිට නැගි.

අභි ෂේකය, n. sprinkling, anointing, pouring or bathing, unction to install a king &c.

අව ලෝකනය, n. sight, seeing, look, දැකීම, බැලීම.

අනාවරණයකරනවා, v. t. to uncover, වැස්ම අරි නවා; expose, disclose, එළිදරව්කරනවා.

අ ප්‍රති ගෘහණිය, a. not to be accepted, unacceptable, පිළිගැනීමට නොසෑහෙන.
