අ ච්ඡාදනයකරනවා, v. t. (අ priv.,ච් euphonic, ඡාදන covering), to cover, වසනවා, don, clothe, අඳිනවා.

අල්පේච්ඡාව, n. contentedness, සතුටුකම.

අව ච්ඡායාව, අව ච්ඡාව, n. (අව off, ඡායා shadow), the portion of one's shadow rejected according to the time of the year in reckoning the hour by the sun.

ආ ච්ඡාදනය, ආ ච්ඡාදය, n. (ආ emp., ච් euphonic, ඡාද covering), covering, cloth, රෙද්ද, ඇඳුම, වැස්ම.

ගච්ඡාකාර, a. fascicular, මිටිආකාර.

තුච්ඡාර්‍ථ, a. of low meaning, worthless in sense, හිස්.

තුච්ඡාර්‍ථය, n. low or vile meaning, හිස් අර්‍ථය.

තෙළෙස්·ධුතාංග, n. pl. (ධූත subjugating, අංග sections), the thirteen passion-subduing ordinances to he observed by B. පංච·නීවරණ, n. pl. B., the five closings or barriers that close the way to Nirvāna: කාමච්ඡාන්‍ද නීවාරණය, the barrier of carnal desire; ව්‍යා පාද..., of malice; ථිනමිඬ...of apathy and both; උඬච්චකුක්කුච්ච..., of fickleness or instability; විචිකිච්ඡා..., of doubt about Buddha, his doctrines, priests, precepts, past birth, future birth, both these births and dependent causation.
