අ වඤ්චා, a. unfeigning, guileless &c.: see අවංක.

අ සංඥා තලය, අ සඤ්ඤ තලය, n. plane of unconsciousness, name of a Brahma world, එනම්වූ බඹලොව.

අ සමඤ්ජසය, n. (අ priv., සං with, අඤජස straight), disparity, අසමානකම; impropriety, අයුතුකම.

අභි ඤ්ඤා, n. P. of අභිඥාව.

අභි ධර්‍ම පිටකය, n. transcendent-doctrine repository, viz. the third Pitaka. It is divided into seven sections, viz. ධම්මසඬගණී, විභංග, ධාතුකථා, පුග්ගල පඤ්ඤත්ති, කථාවන්ථු, යමක, පට්ඨාන.

අරඤ්ඤ, a. P. of අරණ්‍ය.

අශ්ම රස, අශ්ම සාර, n. lit. stone essence, viz. iron, යකඩ; also රසාඤ්ජන, which see.

අෂ්ට සමාපත්ති, n. pl. B., the eight attainments, or the four meditations (see ධ්‍යානය) and the four endeavours (ආයතන), which are ආකාසා නංචායතනය, විඤ්ඤාණංචායතනය, ආකිචංඤ්ඤායත නය and නේවසංඤ්ඤාණසඤ්ඤායතනය: see each one.

කිඤ්චිත්, කිඤ්චිද්, ad. at all, in any degree, කොහෙත්ම.

කූඤ්ඤ ආකාර, a. wedge-shaped, sphenoid, cuneiform.

කූඤ්ඤ ආකාර අස්ථිය n. sphenoid bone (of the skull).

කූඤ්ඤය, n. Port., quoin, wedge.

ගුදිරිඤ්ඤය, ගුදිරීම, ගුදිරිය, n. D., mattress, pad, guddiri.

නේවඤ්ඤනාසඤ්ඤයතනය, n. the fourth formless Brahma world, which is so intangible or subtile that there is neither consciousness or unconsciousness.
