අෂ්ට විධ පාන, n. pl. B., the eight kinds of beverage allowed to priests, viz. that made from මීපැණි, මුද්‍රිකඵල, බොරළුදමනු, උපුල්අල, ඇට කෙසෙල්, මස් කෙසෙල්, අඹ, and දඹ: see each in its place. The juice of these is to be mixed with water.

චින‍්‍තා·මාණික්‍යය, n. thinking-gem, wishing-gem, supposed to give its possessor whatever he desires, සිතුපැතු දේ ගෙනදෙන පැණික.

ත්‍වග්ගන්‍ධය, n. orange, පැණිදොඩම.

දිය·බොන·කෑම, n. confectionary, පැණිරස කැවිලි.
