අ ගුණ වාදි, a. censorious, uncharitable, defamatory, යමෙකුගේ අගුණ කියන.

අ නාථ පිණ්ඩක, අ නාථ පිණ්ඩික, a. giving alms to the destitute, charitable, දන්දෙන; ep. of a B. noble who was a contemporary of Buddha.

අරුණ සාරථී, n. charioteer of the sun; the sun.

අරුණු, n. red light of dawn, අලුයම; charioteer of the sun.

අරූ‍ව, n. royal war-chariot, රාජයුධරථය.

අ‍කෞෂහිණිය, n. a complete army, consisting of infantry, cavalry, horses, elephants and chariots.

කෘෂ්ණ, n. Krishna, who is supposed to have been a real and complete incarnation of Vishnu, and quite distinct from Vishnu's ten other avatārs or incarnations. He is said to be a mild and beneficent deity. Ap. of Arjuna, charioteer of the sun.

චක්‍ර·මණ්‍ඩලය, n. collection of cars or war chariots, රථ සමූයහ.

චක්‍ර·වේධනය, n. armed war-chariot, or war-chariot blade.

චතුරංශය, a. anything with four parts: a sort of chess; a fourfold army, consisting of cavalry, infantry, elephants and chariots.

චමූව, n. an army or regiment, comprising elephants, chariots, cavalry and infantry, යුඬසේනාව.

චිත්‍ර රථයා, n. painted chariot, viz. the sun, ඉර; celestial chorister, ගාන්‍ධර්‍වයා.

තනු·ත්‍යාගය, n. surrender of the body, leaving the body, death, තුරන්වීම; sacrificing the body for charity or religion, as Buddha, who is said to have given his flesh and blood to feed the poor and animals and to satisfy demons.

දක්‍ෂිණස්ථයා, n. charioteer, coachman, රථාචාර්‍ය්‍යය.
