අ කුසල, n. demerit; misfortune or affliction. as the result of demerit in a former existence, අවාසනාව.

අ නිම්මිත, a. unmade, unformed, uncreated, සාදා or මවා නැති.

අ ප්‍රත්‍යාදිෂ්ට, a. (අ, ප්‍රති ආදිෂ්ට), uninformed, unwarned, දැනුම්දෙනු–අවවාද–නොලැබූ.

අ ප්‍රබුඬ, අ ප්‍රබෝධිත, a. unawakened, පිබිදීනැති, uncultivated, ප්‍රගුණිත නුවූ, unenlightened, uninformed, දැනුම්නැති, නූගත්.

අ රූප, අ රූපවත්, අරූපයන්ත, a. formless, bodiless, අශරීරික; ugly, අවලක්ෂණ, ර්‍ජෙව, deformed, disfigured, විරූප.

අ ව්‍යාකෘත, a. unaltered, වෙනස්නූණ; untransformed, free (from both merit and demerit), මිදුණු

අංග විකෘත, a. distorted in body, deformed, විකලාංග, විරූප.

අඩඟ රඟ, n. (අඩ අඟ) lit. half-body-dance, a dance performed with one half of the body.

අති පරි ශෝධකයා, n. (in politics), radical, reformer.

අභි ඥාත, a. ascertained, known, දැන‍‍‍ගනතිබෙව, දන්නාලද, අභිඥානය, අභිඥාව n profound or sp. or extraordinary knowledge, cognition, recognition, විශේෂ දැනගැන්ම or දැනීම; five supernatural acquirements of Rahats, viz. power to assume any form, to hear the feeblest sounds and see objects at any distance, to know the disposition and thoughts of others, to know the condition of any person in former existences.

අරූපවන්තයා, n. ugly or deformed person, ආජී වයා, විකලාංගයා.

ආදි, a. ancient, former; the above-like, and such or so on.
