අෂ්ට විධ පාන, n. pl. B., the eight kinds of beverage allowed to priests, viz. that made from මීපැණි, මුද්‍රිකඵල, බොරළුදමනු, උපුල්අල, ඇට කෙසෙල්, මස් කෙසෙල්, අඹ, and දඹ: see each in its place. The juice of these is to be mixed with water.

ආම ඵලාපල, n. (අම්ල), verjuice, අමු ඵලවල ඇඹුල.

ආමාශ‍‍‍යේ ඕජස, n. gastric juice.

ඉඳු·වැල, moon-plant, it yields a mild acid milky juice.

ඉස්ම, n. juice, gravy, sauce.

උක් පැණී, උක් රස, n. sugar-cane juice, treacle, molasses.

ඔජ, ඕජාව, n. joy, delight, ප්‍රීතිය; juice (from elephant's temple &c.), ඇත්මද.

ඔද, n. pride, haughtiness; pleasure, ප්‍රීතිය; ambrosia, දිව්‍යභෝජ; juice, ඔජ.

ඔද වඩනවා, v. to increase sap or juice or pleasure or pride; v. n. ඔදවැඩීම.

ඕජස, ඕජාව, n. juice, sap, mucus; vitality, power, ප්‍රාණබලය.

ක්‍ෂාරකය, n. blossom, මල; essence, juice, සාරය; cage or basket, කූඩය, කූඩුව.

ක්‍ෂිරී, milk-tree, a sp. of Mimusops; a name applied to several plants which yield a milky juice.

කිරි වදිනවා, v. i. to become or be getting juicy, (of fruits maturing).

කිරි·මකුළු, a small tree of which the juice is poisonous, Sapium indicum (Euphorb.).

ගණ්ඩ කුසුම, n. (ගණ්ඩ cheek), juice of the temples of an elephant in rut, ඇත්මද.
