අ ක්ෂමතාව, n. impatience, hasty temper, &c., නොඉවසිලිවන්තකම, &c.

අනති ක්‍රම, a. (අන් priv., අති excessive, ක්‍රම degree), not excessive, වැඩිනැති, moderate, temperate.

අව ගති, a. bad tempered; evil-minded, malevolent.

අව ගතිය, n. bad temper; evil disposition &c., malevolence.

ඉක්මන්, a. quick, rapid, swift; hasty in temper.

ඊෂදුෂණ, a. (ඊෂත් උෂණ), temperate (in heat), tepid, මදක් උණුහුම්.

ඊෂදුෂණතාව, ඊෂදුෂණත්වය, n. temperateness, tepidness, මද උණුහුම්කම.

ජම්ම·ගතිය, n. natural state, temperament or disposition, one's nature.

තරහ·කාර, a. passionate, hot tempered, wrathful.

තෙම්පරාදුකරනවා, v. t. Port., to attemper, sea-son. E. S.

තෙම්පරාදුව, n. tempering, seasoning.

පංච·මාර, n. pl. the five hindrances to the attainment of Nirvāna: ‍‍ක්ලෙශමාර, the hindrance, of carnality; අභිසංස්කාරමාර, accumulation of කර්‍ම; අන්තකමාර, death or Yama; ස්කන්‍ධමාර, the body and mind (See පංචස්කන්‍ධ); දේවපුත්තමාර, temper.
