ධෘත·රාෂ්ට්‍රයා, n. serpent of පාතාලය, නාගයා; a god, දෙවියෙක්; a king of the moon-race, චන්‍ද්‍රවංශයේ රජෙක්; goose or swan, පාත්තයා or හංසයා; chief of the ගන්‍ධර්‍වයෝ.

ධන·ගර්‍වත, a. purse-proud, සම්පත් නිසා උඩඟු.

ධීවරිය, n. harpoon, මස්මරන හෙල්ලය.

ධාර්‍ය්‍ය, a. that should be borne or contained, දැරිය or ඉසිලියයුතු &c.

ධර්‍මතාව, ධර්‍මත්‍වය, n. law-state, viz. a state consistent with law or religion, righteousness, equity, justice, morality, beneficence, religious merit, ධර්‍මමිෂ්ඨකම &c.; inherent nature, ස්වාභාවික ගතිය.

ධරුණය, n. paradise, ස්වර්‍ගය; water, වතුර; conception, ගැබ්ගැනීම.

ධූම·කේතුව, n. comet or falling star; Kétu (as above).

ධෞත, a. washed, සෝදනලද, cleansed, පිරිසිදුවූ.

ධාරාව, n. continuity (as of water dropping, oozing or leaking or of heavy rain), or what continues, heavy rain &c., issue, flow, current; edge (of a sword &c.), මුවහත; van (of an army), පෙරමුණ; horse's pace, (trotting &c.), දුවන අන්දම.

ධෘෂ්ට, a. impudent, bold, shameless, ලජ්ජානැති.
