ප්‍රති·ලෝම, a. (ප්‍රති against, ලෝම hair, wool), against the hair or grain, contrary to nature, reverse, inverted, පූර්‍වපර, ප්‍රතිකුල; the left, වම.

පංච·මහා·පරිත්‍යාග, n. pl. H., the five principal surrenders or kinds of worship presented: to spirits, progenitors and gods by offerings, to the Vedas by study, and to mankind by hospitality; B., five offerings made by Buddha alone: eyes, flesh, blood, head, wife and children.
