භංගකරනවා, v. t. to break, fracture, කඩනවා, බිඳිනවා; ruin, destroy, ‍විනාශකරනවා.

භාව, n. (Sans. භා), light, effulgence, කාන්තිය; brilliance, දීප්තිය.

භික්‍ෂා·චරයා, n. (චර to go about), beggar, mendicant, sp. mendicant monk, පිණ්ඩපාතේ යන්නා.

භව·කාන්තාරය, n. fig. the desert or wilderness of existence (existence being regarded as an evil), සංසාරය නැමති කාන්තාරය.

භද්‍ර·කල්පය, n. the auspicious කල්පය or period of the world: there are said to be four kalpas, three of which have elapsed; this is the fourth and is called the auspicious kalpa because in it five Buddhas are to appear, four of whom have already appeared, and the fifth, called Maitri Buddha, is yet to come.

භවිතව්‍ය, a. that ought to be or become, that must be, වියයුතු.

භාසුර, a. shining, glittering, දිලිහෙන.

භජනය, n. (භජ් to worship, serve), worship, service, සේවය; close association, අධික ආශ්‍ර ය embracing or attachment to a cause: see verb.

භයකාරයා, n. coward, බයගුල්ලා.

භගිනී·පතියා, n. sister's husband, සහෝදරීගේ පුරුෂයා.
