මණිරත්නය, n. (මණ්ඩ ornament), B. the second of the four kalpse or grand periods. They are named from the number of Buddhas born in them. In the මණ්ඩකල්පය two appeared, in the present or භද්‍රකල්පය there are to be five: see භද්‍රකල්පය.

මිහි·රන්, n. plumbago: see මිනි(ණි)රන්.

මුවිඳු, n. (මුව animal, ඉඳු lord), ap. of the lion, සිංහයා.

මුගලන්, n. name of one of the two principal disciples and attendants of Buddha.

මධ්‍ය·ස්ථ·කෘත, a. inserted, intercalary, මැදි කරපු ඇතුල්කරපු.

මන්‍දිරය, n. palace, mansion, pavilion, temple, මාලිගාව, වලව්ව, මැදුර; edifice, මහ ගෘහයක්; abode, නිවාසය.

මහ·ගුල්මය, n. enlarged spleen or mesenteric gland, so as to show externally.

මිලිසියානු, විලිසියානු, n. fine or pure gold, Venetian gold.

මිට, n. E. of මුෂ්ටිය: closed hand, fist; handful; handle, haft, shaft; pl. මිටි.
