අ කාරාදි කාරයා, n. (අකාර ආදි), lexicographer.

අධෝ කුක්ෂි දාහය, n. peritonitis, inflammation of the peritoneum, යටිබඩේ දැවිල්ල.

අ භෙද්‍ය, a. indivisible, inseparable, indissoluble, බෙදිය or වෙන්කළ නොහැකිවූ.

අනගාරික, a. (අන් අගාරික), not dwelling in a house, houseless. ගෙයක් නැති, ascetic, තාපස.
