සරදම, n. fun, mirth, play, nonsense, joke; pl. සරදම්.

සතර·ප්‍රති·සන්‍ධිය, n. (ප්‍රතිසන්‍ධිය reunion), the four modes in which beings re-appear or come again into manifest, existence, viz. born from a womb, from eggs, as worms, or by chance, which latter is a supernatural or spontaneous embodiment called ඕපාපාතික.

සහස්‍රකිරණ, n. thousand-rayed, ap. of the sun, ඉර.

සෞදාමනී, n. fr. සූදාමත් rock: lightning, විදුලිය.

සැකෙවින්, ad. briefly, ලුහුඬින්, කොටින්.

සර්‍වත්‍ර, ad. Sans. everywhere, ommipresent, සෑමතැනම; always, සෑමකල්ම.

සහ·ජාත, a. born together, cognate, එක්ව or එකජාතියෙන් උපන්, natural or own, ජන්ම, intintion, ස්වභාවවයන්ම.

සතර·සති·පට්ඨාන, n. pl. (සති mind, පට්ඨාන fixing), the four subjects of meditation to subdue the passions, viz. the body, the sensations, the mind or thought, and the conditions of existence.
