සඤ්ඤක, a. or n. (P. සඤ්ඤෝග. Sans, සං යෝග), attached; the prefix (/?/) which gives the short sound of අනුස්වාරය or බින්‍දුව (ං), preceding and attached to another consonant; also for the short sound of ණ්, ට්, ද් and න්, and as a substitute for the full nasal ඤ් before ච, ඡ and ජ.

සාම්පරායික, a. pert to war, යුද්ධ-, or to futurity, future, මතු; calamitous, විපත් සහිත.

සර්‍ව·සංශය·දෘෂ්ටියා, &c., සර්‍වස·ශයාත්මිකයා, n. universal sceptic, pyrrhonist සියලුදේ අවිශ්වා සකරන්නා or සැකකරන්නා.

සෞගන්‍ධිකය, n. ruby, රතුකැටය, Bot.

සාඵල්‍යකරනවා, v. t. to fertilize, make fruitful or productive, සාරවත්කරනවා, සඵලකරනවා.

සං·සාර·ගාමි, a. /?/tranenaigrating, transmigratory, සසර ගමන්කරන.

සකෘදාගාමි, a. (සකෘත් once, ආගමි coming), pert. to the second of the four stages in the path to Nirvàna, viz, having only one more incarnation. The four stages are, සෝවාන්, සකෘදාගාමි, අනාගාමි and අර්‍හත්.

සු·විපක්ව, a. quite mature, thoroughly ripe, see විපක්ව.

සත්කාරයා, n. benefactor; host.
