ස්පාඤ්ඤ, a. Spanish.

සුඛ, a. (සු good, ඛ organ of sense), healthful, salubrious, අරෝගි; happy, glad, සන්තෝෂවූ, ශුභවු.

සතු, a. belonging to, as මාසතු, belonging to me, මට අයිතිවූ.

සොරනවා, v. t. See සොරාගන්නවා.

සත්තෝෂ, a. glad, pleased, සතුට, ප්‍රීති.

සක්·වළ, n. (සක් region, වළ circumference), B., a whole round or complete set or system of worlds, including the earth, with මහමෙර in its centre, and around its circumference a wall of rock, the sun and moon and all worlds as far as the light of the sun extends, as well as a series of hells and heavens, the latter consisting of Deva lokas and Brahma lokas. Such Sakvalas are said to be innumerable.

සවි·බලකරනවා, v. t. to strengthen, make firm, බලවත්කරනවා; hearten, encourage, ධෛර්‍ය්‍ය කරනවා.
