අ කෘත, a. not done, unaccomplished, නොකළ.

අ චේෂ්ටිත, a. unaccomplished, not done, කරලා නැති.

අ විහිත, a not done, not accomplished, ඉෂ්ට නුණ.

අ සාධනිය, a. impracticable, unaccomplishable, යමෙකුට ඉෂ්ටකළ නොහැකිවූ.

අ සිඬ, a. unaccomplished, සිඬනූණ, incomplete, immature, අසම්පූර්‍ණ; unripe, පැහිලානැති.

අ සිඬිය, n. non-accomplishment, failure, ඉෂ්ට නොවීම.

අර්‍ථ සිඬිය, n. accomplishment, ඉෂ්ටවීම, successfulness, success, සඵලකම, සඵලවීමී.

ආරාධනය, n. gaining, accomplishment, සිදු කෙරීම; worshipping, නමස්කාරකෙරීම; propitiating, satisfying, සතුටුකෙරීම; invitation, කැඳවීම.

ඉෂ්ටකරනවා, v. t. to accomplish, fulfil, perform; effect.

එදිරි පිරිමැහීම, v. n. accomplishing one's spite &c.

කර්‍මකාරයා, n. workman, වැඩකරන්නා; accomplisher of Karma or receiver of the result of Karma.

ක්ලේශය, n. any passion, desire or evil affection, අභිලාෂය, කෙලෙස්; sorrow, affliction, care, දුක. B. teaches that ක්ලේශය or desire is the root of all sin and sorrow, and renders transmigration and continued existence inevitable until all ක්ලේශ are subdued and exterminated; when that is accomplished නිර්‍වාණ or non-existence is attained. The non-attainment of it,—that is, continued conscious existence,—is regarded as a calamity, and it is the supreme object of B. and its laws and observances to effect the extermination of ක්ලේශ.

කෘත පුණ්‍යය, n. merit accomplished or acquired, කරගත් කුසල.
