සත්තාහය, n. (සත්ත seven, අහස day), week, සුමානය.

සත්‍වර, a. quick, speedy, යුහු, ඉක්මන්.

සීය, n. cont. of සියය: hundred.

සංගායනාව, සංගීතිය, n. singing together, chorus, concert, entertainment of singing and music; public recitation; sp. applied to three convocations held after Buddha's death to settle the B. canon, at which there were present respectively 500, 700 and 1000 priests.

සත්‍ය යුගය‍, n. the period or age of truth, the golden age, the first and best of the four ages, in which purity and virtue prevailed.
